At all times Simon balances the needs of each individual executive with those of their organisation, exploring issues that typically arise at points where your personality intersects with the demands of your role.  Simon helps each client to find their way forward by working at these points of intersection.

Background

During a 20 year career as an IT and strategy consultant, Simon has worked at a senior level in some of the world’s largest companies on issues of direction and performance.  As a partner in The Boston Consulting Group, he led their IT practice in the UK, helping clients to identify the contribution that IT could make to their business, define an appropriate strategy and organisation and then mobilise to deliver that contribution.  Since leaving BCG in 2002, Simon has been coaching senior managers in the financial services, pharmaceuticals, retail and industrial goods sectors as well as working as a part-time counsellor for four years with alcoholics in south London.

Simon has a BSc (Hons) in Physics from University College, London and a MPhil in Systems and Cybernetics from the University of Aston and a BA (Hons) in Person Centred Counselling from the Metanoia Institute, London.
